30-Day Refund Policy

At Try Med Care, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day refund policy under the following conditions:

Eligibility for a Refund:

  •  You may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  •  Both opened and unopened products are eligible for return, subject to our standard return conditions,

  •  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  •  Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
  •  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund:

  1.  Contact our customer support info@trymedcare.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2.  Pack the item securely and include your order number inside the package.
  3.  Ship the item using a trackable shipping method to the following return address:

4.  Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3 days business days to the original payment method.

  •  Refunds are issued only for the product cost (original shipping fees are non-refundable).
  •  We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
